The Gigaset DESK 200 combines the most important telephone functions in an extremely slim and compact design. In this way, it can be used as a desktop phone that does not take up much space, or it can be mounted on the wall quickly and easily. The Gigaset DESK 200 can be connected to a fixed line network or used as part of an internal home or office telephone network.

Power over telephone line

Gigaset DESK 200 does not require a separate power supply; Power is supplied directly via the telephone line. Commissioning is therefore extremely simple: Plug the Gigaset DESK 200 into a telephone socket (public network, private switchboard or gateway) - and the telephone is ready for use.

Optical and acoustic signaling of calls

The melody and ringtone of the Gigaset DESK 200 can be easily adjusted. There are three different melodies to choose from, which can be adjusted to three different volume levels. Additionally, the optical call signal via the LED on the handset ensures that no calls are missed, even in particularly noisy environments. If you want peace of mind, you can also turn off the ringtone. Incoming calls are then notified only visually.

Quick Connection

You can save up to ten phone numbers as speed dial numbers and quickly call your frequent contacts. Speed dial numbers are written on the included slip of paper so they're always at hand. Thanks to the convenient redial function, you can immediately resume the last call at the touch of a button. Do you want to talk to someone in the room but don't want the person on the other end of the line to hear? Keep the call on the line and press the mute key. This way you will stop being heard on the phone. Another important feature for the hearing impaired: Gigaset DESK 200 is hearing aid compatible.

Call

DESK 200 is suitable for connection to both fixed network and telephone systems. It supports both popular dialing methods, thus offering maximum flexibility for analogue telephone connection.
