SYSTEM FEATURES
Since IPG Communication Platform is a real-time communication platform developed on the Linux operating system, it easily meets all kinds of integration needs. In the IPG communication Platform, in addition to the corporate directory application provided with LDAP and Active Directory integrations, many features such as IP user creation, authorization and configuration of the IP phone set used can be managed with integration. Flexible service and feature authorization can be made for each tenant. In this way, relevant service codes and features can be programmed without the need for each tenant to change their possible switchboard usage habits. Thanks to separate licensing interfaces of each tenant, they can manage their own IP communication platforms.

Since IPG Communication Platform can be used as a pure software solution, it is suitable for use in virtualization environments (VMware, HyperV, etc.).

IPG Communication Platform supports the current SIP and H323 protocols to a level that allows it to offer many flexible services to its users. Its flexible and open-to-develop software structure allows users to perform many web-based transactions that they need increasingly day by day, including automatic answering of incoming calls (IVR), voice recording (VR), voice mail boxes (VM), sending voice messages via e-mail. It also includes many integrated communication features such as (VM2EM), instant messaging (IM), monitoring of instant presence information (Presence), and Microsoft Outlook© integration.

The entire system structure is programmed and managed via the web server on the server. Thanks to the web infrastructure, the system can be easily programmed, managed and personalized both remotely and remotely.

Thanks to the RTP proxy feature, the system allows easy and fast remote IP subscriber use without the need for port forwarding or VPN structures for use behind NAT.

HARDWARE FEATURES

IPG Communication Platform, with its 19'' cabinet structure, does not require additional cabinets and investment, and can be used in standard system cabinets. The fact that the cards used in the system have a power circuit on them ensures power efficiency and provides a much more durable structure against power regime deviations that may come from the outside world. Both FSK and DTMF can be detected/generated without the need for an additional card for Caller ID.

DISTRIBUTED AND CENTRALIZED CONFIGURATION

IPCC Structure: Systems in all locations with an IP network can be used in a single system structure. In this structure, the system runs on hardware-based servers or virtual servers. It can work on systems with up to 3 towers without the need for a server. Systems in all units communicate with the central server over the IP network and work as towers of the system. If there is a problem in the connection between the center and the tower, the tower works as a system on its own and when the problem is resolved, it communicates with the center again and joins the single system.
Thanks to this structure, geographical redundancy and continuity are supported. Gateway modules of both IPG1000 and IPG500 systems can be used when configuring towers. In the IPCC structure, conversations between centers can be encrypted. With its IPCC structure, IPG Series can be expanded in a single system structure by simply connecting to each other via Ethernet infrastructure, and this growth can be achieved regardless of distance.

Suitable for Fiberoptic Infrastructure: Thanks to the Fiber Optic Card integrated in the IPG Communication Platform, the fiber optic network can be terminated directly on the system. In this way, there is no need to use a fiber switching device or to be powered by battery or UPS.

Features Integrated with VRC CARD: Integrated voice recording, IVR, voice message recording and Voice Mail (voice message e-mail sending) are embedded in the hardware and software of the VRC card. These features are offered optionally depending on your needs. You can have 16 channel IVR features with 16 channel audio recording whenever you want, by simply activating it with the VRC license, without the need for additional hardware. In cases where more channels are needed, an additional VRC card and license must be added. Embedded call recording and IVR are provided in the IPG Communication Platform with the VRC card. System and robot operator messages can be read, voice messages can be left to subscribers, and left messages can be listened to. Calls of subscribers and external lines can be recorded. Recorded conversations and messages can be sent as e-mail or, if preferred, stored on the system or in an external environment. Call records can be tracked and reported with WebCM.

FULLY INTEGRATED GATEWAY STRUCTURE

One of the most important features that makes the IPG Communication Platform different is its integrated gateway (media gateway) structure. The IPG1000 gateway structure allows the system to connect with the TDM network through many different interfaces. Since this structure incorporates many different technologies used from past to present, it allows the system to be configured in a hybrid structure. In this way, users do not have to replace all their old network components at once to benefit from IP communication opportunities, and they have the opportunity to gradually move the technology they use to the IP platform. The gateway structure of the IPG1000 Communication Platform is completely modular, allowing the TDM capacity of the system to grow from 16 lines to 64000 lines. This structure, which allows the use of exactly the same modules from the lowest to the highest capacity, provides the opportunity to reach large capacities with minimum cost for institutions and organizations in need.
